Stack and Tilt Golf Instruction – Impact to Finish Drill

A Stack and Tilt drill which illustrates the proper impact and finish positions. This drill focuses on the upper center being fixed while the lower COG slides forward and thrusts upward to allow the hips (and then shoulders) to continue turning.
